Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.

UK Shipping

Standard delivery costs £2.99 and is free on orders of £25 or more. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-3 business days from dispatch. Express delivery costs £6.99 and typically takes 1-2 business days from dispatch. We ship via tracked services so you can follow your order every step of the way.

European Union Shipping

Standard delivery to all 27 EU countries costs £10 and is free on orders of £55 or more. Orders to the EU are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from dispatch. International shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Selected International Destinations

Outside the UK and EU, we ship to Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Standard delivery costs £18.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more. Orders to these destinations typically arrive within 7-14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. DG Lures is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
